Our families goal is to create a cost effective and simple online shopping experience. In order to accomplish this we have implemented a cancellation policy that we believe to be fair and transparent. Please know that we invest time and money into preparing every order that is placed through our site, even before it ships.
Once your order is placed, we perform an independent review and capture payment. After payment is secured, order items are now allocated from our inventory and your order is placed in line to be picked, packed and prepared for shipment. We know mistakes can happen when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request and find an amicable solution for both parties.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order without penalty.
If you cancel your order outside of our 24 hour penalty fee, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 3%. This fee covers the costs associated with the initial placement of your order.
All cancellation request must be received within 24 hours and sent via email to onlinesupport@shopbfam.com, please be sure to include your order number in your request.
If your order has shipped and you choose to cancel, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. As a reminder please take a moment and verify your cart contents and order receipt once received. If there are any discrepancies, please CONTACT US immediately.
