The below table lists state restrictions and requirements currently known to us. We have carefully researched the information, but do not offer legal advice, or make any guarantee as to the accuracy, the below information is a guideline. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regards to the possession, use, and sale of any product purchased from us.

Why do you have a California FFL 03/COE ammunition policy?

Unfortunately our suppliers will not ship ammunition directly to California FFL 03/COE holders. In order to fulfill your order it is shipped to us from our suppliers, repackaged, and shipped directly to you. There is additional cost and time in fulfilling each of these orders. We want you to purchase ammunition from our family, but we can not do it at a loss. This is currently the fairest policy we could create.

Why do you have a Washington policy?

Unfortunately our suppliers will not ship anything to Washington at this time. In order to fulfill your order it is shipped to us from our suppliers, repackaged, and shipped directly to you. There is additional cost and time in fulfilling each of these orders. We want you to purchase accessories, ammunition, firearms, and reloading supplies from our family, but we can not do it at a loss. This is currently the fairest policy we could create.

California FFL 03/COE Policy

Yes, we will ship directly to an FFL 03/COE holder, but there are order restrictions, and sometime it can take longer than our estimated shipping times. If you have any questions in regards to our California FFL 03/COE policy, please contact us.

There is no free shipping offered on FFL 03/COE ammunition orders.

* If you would like free shipping, your order must be shipped to an FFL 01, 02, 06, or 07.

Order total before shipping must be under $300.00.

Maximum (250) shotgun shells, (1) case of shotgun shells, (10) boxes of (25) shotgun shells or less.

Maximum (500) rounds of pistol ammunition, (10) boxes of (50) rounds or less.

Maximum (500) rounds of rifle ammunition, (25) boxes of  (20) rounds or less.

Washington Policy

This policy only applies to ammunition. If you would like free shipping on accessories or firearms, please place ammunition on a separate order.

There is no free shipping offered on Washington ammunition orders that are being shipped directly to you.

* If you would like free shipping on ammunition, your order must be shipped to a FFL 01, 02, 06, or 07.

Order total before shipping must be under $300.00.

Firearms Yes, must meet California approved firearm regulations. Magazines Yes, 10 round capacity or less. Yes, 10 round capacity or more, requires valid local, state, or federal credentials. Yes, 10 round capacity or more, requires valid large magazine permit.
Colorado	Ammunition No restrictions on the sale of ammunition. Firearms Yes, must meet Colorado approved firearm regulations. Magazines Yes, 15 round capacity or less.
Connecticut	Ammunition Yes, we will ship ammunition directly to you, with proof of valid CT FID. Firearms Yes, must meet Connecticut approved firearm regulations. Magazines Yes, 10 round capacity or less.
Delaware	Ammunition No restrictions on the sale of ammunition. Firearms Yes, must meet Delaware approved firearm regulations. Magazines No restriction on the sale of magazines.
District Of Columbia	Ammunition Yes, we will ship ammunition directly to a valid FFL 01, 02, 06, or 07. Firearms Yes, must meet District of Columbia approved firearm regulations. Magazines Yes, 10 round capacity or less.
